We offer a full refund in the following cases:

Return Process

Ship the Product: Once approved, ship the product back to our designated return address. Use the return label included in the package
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days and credited to the original payment method. Please note:

If the Product is found to be tampered with or damaged after inspection, a full refund will be issued.

If returning due to “Not Required” reasons, the Product must be in its original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund.
